1. Day 1 City Tour by Bike

   This is the traditional city tour with an extra touch of adventure. We visit the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay by bicycle, enjoying nature along with history and culture. After the guided visits, we ride back down to the city of Cusco on a trail designed for bikes, with the chance to visit the Temple of the Moon and Kusilluchayoc, important sites in Inca times that today are visited only by adventurers. We then wind through the picturesque narrow streets of the San Blas neighborhood until we reach Cusco's Plaza de Armas.

   This bike tour is a beginner-level route: 90% is on compacted road and 10% is a dirt-track section during the visit to the ruins of the Temple of the Moon, “Amaru Markawasi”.
