This Privacy Policy complies with the parameters established by national regulations on personal data protection, in particular Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS, its Regulations (the “Law”). By using the services of CUSCO INSIDE TRAVEL AGENCY S.A.C, you agree that your personal data may be collected, used and shared under this Privacy Policy. The collection and processing of your personal data is mainly based on the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship you have with us.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

To book our services and trips, we will ask you for personal information such as your nationality, address, contact phone number, and ID or passport. To book one of our tour packages, we will ask for details such as your name, nationality and ID or passport. To purchase a booked trip, we will ask for your credit or debit card details, expiration date and CVV number. If you request an invoice, we will ask for your billing details if necessary.

PURPOSES:

CUSCO INSIDE TRAVEL AGENCY S.A.C, as the data controller, will process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. The development, fulfillment and execution of the contract for intermediation services in booking our suppliers for the trips involved, as well as to handle and resolve any request, claim or inquiry after the booking.
2. To contact the User by email regarding updates or informational communications related to features and products, including security updates of the Platform, whenever necessary or reasonable for its execution.
3. Data retention period: we will keep your personal data for as long as the service relationship is maintained and for the period established by law.
4. Personal data protection measures: CUSCO INSIDE TRAVEL AGENCY S.A.C will adopt all administrative, physical and technical security measures established by applicable law to safeguard your personal information. Likewise, if a third party needs to know this information, CUSCO INSIDE TRAVEL AGENCY S.A.C will require that third party to comply with this Privacy Policy and to adopt the administrative, physical and technical security measures established by the Law, in order to protect your personal data from any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing.
5. Changes: we will update this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will notify you of any such changes (including when they take effect) in accordance with the law.
