CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If the tour package is canceled before arriving in Peru, or at the last minute without prior notice, the agency is not responsible: the 50% payment has already been used to purchase and book the services, so it is considered a No Show and is not refundable.
- Tours in the city of Cusco must be canceled 48 hours before the activity. The agency will try to offer another alternative; if it is not accepted, the amount will be kept as a credit for future bookings.
- For a tour package that includes all services, cancellation must be made at least 3 months in advance if the booking was made 5 months ahead. If the package was purchased less than 1 month before your arrival, the minimum notice to cancel it is 7 days.
- Once a tour package that includes a Machu Picchu tour has been purchased, or in the case of a Machu Picchu full-day tour, no refunds or changes of service apply due to our suppliers’ policies: the Ministry of Culture does not allow ticket changes or refunds, and PERURAIL and INCARAIL state that train tickets can only be transferred to another traveler with a change penalty, but are not refundable.
- If a traveler arrives late for a tour or another scheduled group activity, they will lose the right to the tour and to a refund; it will be considered a NO SHOW and no refund will be given.
- Once the service has been purchased, if for any reason you decide to cancel the tour or program midway through the activity, the company does not offer refunds or changes of activity (on private services, more activities can be added with a prior quote).
